BEER & MUSIC Cafe Raisin-do in Ibaraki, Osaka, has published its July 9 tap list.

The beers on draft for the day are Baeren Brewery's “イーハトーブの海 : Salty Lager” and “クラシック : Dortmunder,” Dot Crimson Brewing's “Dot Crimson 147 Rice Ale,” Minoh Beer's “ホッピーヴァイツェン : Weizen,” Pilsner Urquell's “ドラフト・ピルスナーウルケル : Drought Pilsner Urquell,” and SUNTORY's “香るエール : Ale.” The post also previews three coming-soon beers: Baeren's “かぼすラードラー : Radler,” SAPPORO BEER's “SORACHI 1984 : Pilsner,” and BLACK TIDE BREWING's “Kesennuma Pride ver. 12.1 : IPA.”

The selection stretches from Iwate and Osaka to the Czech Republic and Miyagi, covering lager, rice ale, weizen, pilsner, and IPA. That mix makes the list appealing for drinkers who want both clean, classic lagers and hop-forward options with citrus and pine character.

Food-wise, the pub is also leaning into beer-friendly pairings: herring marinade from Hokkaido, saba sandwiches, house-made oil sardines, smoked kamaboko from Nagasaki, potato salad, cabbage pickles in a sauerkraut style, zangi, pizza, and tagliatelle with ragù sauce. It is the kind of neighborhood beer pub where a tap list and a plate can be enjoyed at an unhurried pace.
