At CRAFT BEER Anton Bee Roppongi, a beer pub in the basement in Roppongi, 11 kegs went on the board on Monday, April 27. It is a lineup that works for stopping by after work and taking your time comparing beers from the first glass onward.

The day's openings started with Burnish's sour, "One-Trick Pony : Blue Razz Gelato," and Tekikaka's cider, "Dolgo." Next came Isekadoya's "NIKUKYU IPA," NARA's "FHILHARMONY," Bootstrap's "Chillax Pinapple Gold," Societe's "The Coachman," and Ushitora's "Tenshi no Hane."

In the second half, the range stretches from sour, cider, IPA, Belgian White, to light lager, including Minoh's "SARUYAMA SHIKAO" and "OSARU IPA," Mikkeller NZ's "Windy Hill," and Ace's "Joker Dry." One of the appealing parts of the day is how easy it is to build a flow that starts with fruit-forward labels and moves on to hop-driven IPAs and crisp lagers.

The shop is on the B1F basement floor at 5-1-5 Roppongi, making it easy to face each drink one by one in a calm atmosphere. Hours are 5 p.m. to midnight on weekdays, with last food orders at 11 p.m. and drinks until 11:30 p.m. It is a convenient spot for days when you want to sample several kegs little by little without lingering too long.
