At Mercato Mabuchi on Daiichi-dori in Naka Ward, Hamamatsu City, a craft beer guest lineup has been introduced. In this post, the beers are grouped by style for the weekend, with a total of eight labels from West Coast Brewing, Teenage Brewing, and Totopia Brewery on display.

West Coast Brewing

- Starwatcher: The flagship IPA made with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Orange-like citrus character is layered with grape, melon, and piney, woody aromas.
- Full Hop Alchemist v29 Throwback Series: A hazy beer with a significantly increased hop load. Mango, papaya, and pineapple are paired with juicy white peach and grape notes.
- Time Slip: Vera, a new hop variety, takes center stage, blended with Idaho 7 and Motueka. Grapefruit, orange, and melon fruitiness is joined by a fresh, grassy impression.
- Apples Apples: A hard cider blended from Fuji, Tsugaru, and Granny Smith apples. The sweetness of red apples and the tartness of green apples come through clearly.

Teenage Brewing / Totopia Brewery

- SHOHEI Zen IPA: The second collaboration with the fashion brand SHOHEI. A hazy beer featuring the fruitiness of domestic persimmons and a smooth mouthfeel.
- Disk Echo: Teenage Brewing's first imperial stout at 11% ABV. A full-bodied flavor reminiscent of cacao and bitter chocolate is joined by coffee-derived nuances.
- Boxphobia: A West Coast DIPA made with 2025-harvest hops. Citrus and pine fruit character, dank notes, and firm bitterness form the core.
- Duskphobia: A lower-alcohol-leaning pour using the New Zealand hop NZH106. Orange and apricot aromas are layered with resinous, dank nuances.

If you're looking for guest beers in Hamamatsu, the appeal is being able to compare these distinct styles all at once. Since the lineup at the shop may change, it's probably best to check early if there's a style you especially want.
