About the New Product

From Cheers Factory in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, comes "SHINKU bottle condition" as the second release in its in-bottle secondary fermentation beer lineup. This time, it is a premium saison beer made with "Shinku," a grape variety originally developed in Shimane Prefecture.

Its defining feature is the rich aroma unique to Shinku, and when tasted, it has an impression reminiscent of wine. It is designed so that as the temperature rises, the grape's naturally gentle sweetness softly unfolds. It can be described as a beer that balances full-bodied drinking satisfaction with fruit-derived flavor.

Product Specifications

The product name is "SHINKU bottle condition." ABV is 6% or higher and less than 7%, and the contents are 750 ml. The retail price is 3,700 yen including the container fee. General sales will start on Saturday, April 4, at Takahama Garden.

In-Bottle Secondary Fermentation and Packaging Policy

This product is an in-bottle secondary fermentation beer, in which yeast re-ferments inside the bottle. While this allows you to enjoy natural carbonation and flavor, yeast sediment remains at the bottom of the bottle. If you want to drink it clear, you should leave the sediment undisturbed; if you want to enjoy the yeast character, the guidance is to gently swirl it before pouring.

In addition, starting with this release, Cheers Factory will introduce a deposit system, collecting a 700 yen container deposit at purchase and refunding 700 yen when the bottle is returned. By encouraging bottle returns, the company aims to circulate the product while reducing environmental impact.
