Hop BroExactly. The core is Carlsberg pilsner, and Yokohama Beer’s Weizen and KUNITACHI BREWERY’s "The World That Ebbs and Flows" and "1926" are also on tap. What’s interesting is that the range runs from peach all the way to coffee.
MugiWhat is that, DIPA and DDH IPA started coming up, and suddenly there are way too many spell-like words!?
Hop BroSimply put, DIPA is a stronger, fuller IPA with more hops, and DDH is a brewing method that layers on even more hop character. So UCHU BREWING’s "TORUS Simcoe" and WEST COAST BREWING’s "Venti Drip" tend to make hop aroma the star.
MugiWow, it’s a treasure trove of fruitiness! Y.MARKET BREWING’s "Peach Planet" and Futako Beer’s "BLUE DROPS" alone make me want to drink them.
