GROW BREW HOUSE in Nishikawaguchi, Kawaguchi City, announced the release of a new house-brewed beer, "fossette", in an Instagram post. The brewery described it as an American Belgo that combines Belgian yeast with American hops.

`fossette` comes in at 5.5% ABV. According to the post, it offers notes of orange, pineapple, berries, and a light touch of banana and clove. The beer was brewed as a half batch, so availability is limited, and the brewery said it would like to brew it again soon if drinkers like it.

GROW BREW HOUSE is a brewery-pub with a taproom directly connected to the brewhouse, which makes it a place where brewers and drinkers can stay close to each other. The same post also listed the current taps:

- `Against Day` / Dark Lager / 5%
- `NK.GOLD` / Helles / 4.5%
- `R122` / IPA / 8.5%
- `ルシオール` / Sake Brut Ale / 5.5%
- `fossette` / American Belgo / 5.5%
- `西川橙` / Sour Ale / 5%

On its official website, GROW BREW HOUSE describes itself as a local craft beer brewery focused on beers made for the neighborhood. That makes the taproom in Nishikawaguchi a good place to try both the newest release and a broad mix of house styles in one visit.

The Instagram post also included upcoming event notices: an appearance at Ikebukuro Living Loop on June 6, and the first "Amenama Festival" running from June 9 to 12 (through the 13th). The brewery is clearly keeping both the taproom and its off-site activities moving at the same time.
