The BEER BRAIN BREWERY Taproom in Kashiwanoha Campus, Chiba, published its tap list for December 26. In this post, the brewery announced, "Today is the long-awaited release day for the barley wine everyone has been waiting for," with the spotlight on tap No. 7, LET IT BE (Barley Wine). At the same time, the bottle sales notice stated "up to 2 bottles per person (one per size)," suggesting just how popular it is.

This day's lineup ranges widely from easy-drinking to more substantial pours, including Hazy Pale Ale "LOOSEN UP," Italian Pilsner "ITALIAN PILSNER" (a collaboration with Fujizakura Kogen), Fruits IPA "FREEDOM," Tea Beer "NAMABRAIN PILS" (a collaboration with NAMACHA Brewing), and Amber Ale "M12." The second half also offers plenty of variety, with Fruited IPA "THE SWEETEST TABOO," Imperial Porter "WELLEMAN," Black IPA "PUMP IT," and DDH Hazy IPA "STONE FLOWN" (a collaboration with RIO BREWING).

Hours are 17:00-22:00 (L.O. 21:30). Suited to the cold season, the lineup is a practical brewpub-style selection that brings together aromatic IPAs as well as dark and higher-alcohol beers. For anyone in the Kashiwa area who wants to carefully choose "what style to drink today," this is a worthy update to stop in for.
