On August 6, Hinomoto Brewing & Beer Stand in Honkomagome, Bunkyo-ku, ran its usual Thursday service from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The tap list covered eight beers and moved across a wide range of styles, from Belgian-leaning ales to pilsner, IPA, gose, bitter, and stout. For a neighborhood brewpub, it was a well-rounded lineup that made it easy to choose between crisp, hoppy, and malt-forward pours.

On tap

- `Sauvin Belgo` / American Belgo Style Ale, 6%
- `Little Thing` / Dry Hopped Session Ale, 4.5% (new)
- `Ryusuisousou #2` / Italian Pilsner, 5.5%
- `Mashup IPA Ekuanot` / Belgian IPA, 6.5%
- `Rolling Lolly` / American IPA, 7.5%
- `Pineapple Gose` / Gose Style with pineapple, 5%
- `Komagome Best Bitter` / English Best Bitter, 4.5%
- `Kurotobi #4` / Belgian Stout, 7%

`Little Thing` was the lightest option in the lineup at 4.5%, making it a sensible first pour. `Ryusuisousou #2` pointed toward a cleaner pilsner profile, while `Mashup IPA Ekuanot` and `Rolling Lolly` covered the hop-forward side. `Pineapple Gose` added a fruit-driven twist, `Komagome Best Bitter` brought a more restrained malt balance, and `Kurotobi #4` closed the list with a Belgian stout. The range suggests a brewpub that wants guests to move easily from refreshing beers to more characterful finishes.

The pub also announced a pop-up at Juhla Tokyo in Sendagi on August 8 and 9, giving beer fans another chance to follow the brewery beyond the bar.
