Guest beer: Gotenba Kogen Beer “Pils”
In its June 29 Instagram post, CRAFT BEER Market Tokyo Torch introduced Gotenba Kogen Beer’s “Pils” as the day’s opening beer. The post framed it as a familiar, easy-to-enjoy selection, making it a straightforward guest beer choice for regulars and first-time visitors alike.
A Tokyo Station-area beer pub with 30 drafts on tap
The shop sits on the 1st floor of TOKYO TORCH Terrace and serves 30 different draft craft beers from Japan and abroad, starting at 690 yen (tax included). It is about a three-minute walk from the Tokyo Station Nihombashi exit and also convenient from Otemachi and Nihombashi stations, which makes it an easy stop before or after work.
Gyoza and spice dishes to pair with the beer
The kitchen concept is “gyoza and spice dishes.” The menu features house-made gyoza alongside beer-friendly bites such as house-made zha cai with chili oil, shrimp crackers, and Mao-style fried chicken. You can sit at the counter in front of the beer server or relax on the terrace. A beer like Pils is a natural starting point for working through the day’s rotating draft lineup at a steady pace.
