CraftBeerSpot Hathor, a beer pub in Osaka’s Kyobashi area, has released its “Today’s Draft Beer” lineup for September 29. The pub features 16 taps and also serves house-smoked food, making the selection suitable for both focused beer tasting and casual dining.

The newly tapped beer is “Secret Truth of the Universe” from Bear Bottle. Inspired by the seasonal atmosphere of the harvest moon, the beer is designed around layered hop aromas polished with clear Shinshu water. According to the brewery’s description, it retains a substantial body and rich malt depth, making it a beer to enjoy slowly over an autumn evening.

The featured recommendation is Revision’s “Critical Saturation,” a Hazy Double IPA brewed with Dolecita and Mosaic hops. Stone-fruit flavors lead into a subtle coconut nuance, while a creamy body provides plenty of weight. Its soft, rounded finish adds balance, and the beer is described as an ultra-limited release available only at the brewery’s taproom.

The tap list also includes Ise Kadoya Beer’s “West Coast Pilsner” and Kirin’s “Heartland.” Together, the lineup offers a range from hop-forward and full-bodied craft beer to a clean, familiar lager-style option.

With its seasonal limited release, juicy Hazy Double IPA, and approachable lager, Hathor’s September 29 selection gives drinkers several ways to explore the transition into autumn. Availability may change, so guests should check the current taps at the pub.
