At CRAFT BEER Anton Bee Roppongi, located on the basement floor of Roppongi 5-chome, Brasserie Knot's "Flower" was tapped as part of the May 19 draft lineup. In the post, the beer is introduced as a Belgian white suited to hot days, with mention of its orange peel and coriander aroma, as well as the balance of acidity derived from wheat.

The taps for the day featured a broad range, from easy-drinking wheat beers to more robust IPAs. The lineup was Brasserie Knot / Flower, Brasserie Knot / Bird, YOKOHAMA Bay / Freedom, Hopworks / Vera Haze Freqency, Prairie / Merica Y'all, Zeraia / Euskal Sagardoa2024, 8bit / Maria Tart : Phantom Stronghold, Wolf of Willows / IPA, Revision / DIPA, and COEDO / RURI.

True to a beer pub, one of the shop's strengths is how well the drinks pair with food. The post also highlighted a new dish, "watercress and myoga salad," described as a plate that combines watercress's bitterness and cheese's saltiness with a lemon and honey dressing. On weekdays, the shop is open from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, with last orders at 11:00 p.m. for food and 11:30 p.m. for drinks. The hours make it easy either to stop by for a single drink on the way home from work or to spend a relaxed evening comparing draft beers.

In the basement of Roppongi, a lineup that starts with a classic Belgian white and extends through IPA, lager, cider, and sour offers plenty for craft beer fans to check out.
