At the beer pub CRAFT BEER Anton Bee Roppongi, in the basement of Ryudocho in Roppongi, Mikkeller NZ's "Windy Hill" was tapped during business hours on April 20. In the post, it was introduced as a tropical Hazy IPA with a sweet-tart character reminiscent of pineapple. Because the shop also lets you get the `#TOKYO CRAFT BEER WEEK` stamp, it was a day with a clear reason for beer lovers to stop by.

The day's draft lineup totaled 10 beers. Centered on Hazy IPAs, it ranged widely across a pilsner, black IPA, yuzu pale ale, standard IPA, cider, cherry Berliner Weisse, and hard tea. It was a lineup that made it easy to start with the hop aroma in the first glass and then move on to sourness or roasted notes in the next.

Today's Draft Lineup

Business hours are 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM on weekdays, with the last food order at 11:00 PM and drinks served until 11:30 PM. It was the kind of schedule that makes it easy to stop by after work, and a setup well suited to spending time comparing draft beers in the basement of Roppongi.
