Canal Brewing, a brewery at 1-26-4 Oi, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, will stay open every day in September. Weekdays are 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with last orders at 10:30 p.m. Saturdays run from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Sundays and holidays from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The shop notes that some days may have adjusted opening and closing times, so visitors should check the posted schedule before coming.
Events on the calendar
Food events are also on the books, with monthly Shanti Curry set for Aug. 25 and Sept. 15. The main beer event in September is a first-ever Cycad Brewing Tap Take Over on Sept. 19, with collaboration beers also planned. Looking further ahead, Canal Brewing has announced its annual MAHOWBREW Tap Take Over for Nov. 28.
What stands out
September at Canal Brewing looks like a month where regular service and event programming overlap. The weekday evening slot works for after-work visits, while the weekend opening hours give drinkers more time to settle in. For anyone tracking Tokyo craft beer in Oimachi, the brewery's schedule is worth checking alongside its event dates.
