Hop BroIt's not difficult at all. Basically, it's a brewing method for enjoying seasonal aromas, keeping the malt body from getting too heavy while letting the green hop character come through cleanly.

Hop BroExactly. Just the name alone sets the expectations high, right? And there are fruit beers like Setouchi's Cherry & Strawberry, plus darker styles like Forest's Bonfire Dunkel and Repubrew's black beer, which can completely change the mood.

Beer Bar Festa (Festa) Shimokitazawa announced the day's tap list in a post on April 18. The shop is a beer pub near Shimokitazawa Station in Kitazawa, Setagaya Ward, Tokyo, and it operates around craft beer and darts.
