At the Koshien brewery, the third event where you run before drinking

Koshien Outfield Brewery, which opened in April 2025 near Hanshin Koshien Station, will hold its running event, the "3rd Beer Run." The event date is May 31. Taking advantage of its location near the ballpark, it is designed to combine time spent running with time spent enjoying craft beer.

Participants will gather at 9:00 at KOB. After that, they will run or walk from 9:00 to 10:30, followed by beer time from 10:30 to 12:00. Brewery tours will also be available for those who want them, making it possible to see where the beer is made, in a setup that feels very true to this brewery.

Participation Plans

- Plan A: Running (walking) + all-you-can-drink
- Plan B: Running (walking) + 1 takeout beer

Plan A is already full, while Plan B is still open for sign-ups. In addition, curry bread sales are scheduled for the day, so it should also work well as a light snack after exercise.

The event notice says the all-you-can-drink area will be "quite crowded," but asks participants to be considerate and enjoy it together. Since temperatures are expected to rise, it also notes that staying hydrated is essential. No specific items are required to bring, and if needed, changing clothes and bringing your own food are both allowed. Bags during the run may be left inside the shop, but there is no dedicated changing room.

Koshien Outfield Brewery is known as a brewpub that brews and serves craft beer near Koshien Stadium, and it is also growing in presence as a place where local people gather. Being able to enjoy a freshly poured glass right after running is one of the unique attractions of having a brewery on site.
