First-time booth at Iwaki Tanabata Festival

Michinoku Fukushima-Ji Beer, a craft brewery based in Fukushima City, will appear at the Iwaki Tanabata Festival for the first time from Thursday, August 6 through Saturday, August 8. The booth will be set up at Iwaki Minamimachi Kuni no Wa Parking Lot, with hours running from 10:00 to 21:00 on August 6 and 7, and 10:00 to 20:30 on August 8.

The brewery produces craft beer in Fukushima City, drawing on the blessings of snowmelt water from Mount Azuma. Its beers are made with a handmade approach and a focus on the natural taste of beer.

At this event, visitors will be able to try the brewery's standard products as well as limited-brew beers. That makes the festival booth a good chance to compare familiar offerings with seasonal or special releases in a busy summer setting. The first appearance at this festival also shows how the brewery continues to expand its presence across events in Fukushima Prefecture.
