April Dine-In Menu

Okhotsk Beer Factory in Kitami, Hokkaido, has released its April 2026 menu. Okhotsk Beer is a Kitami-born brewery that obtained Japan's first craft beer brewing license in 1994, and it values the one beer enjoyed on-site, based on traditional German brewing techniques.

The April limited offering features the 31st Anniversary Special Beer. It is available in limited quantities for dine-in, priced at 600 yen for a glass, 880 yen for a mug, and 2,600 yen for a pitcher. It will also be sold as bottled beer, but all versions will end once sold out.

The food lineup is built around the season. The service lunch is Young Chicken and Rapeseed Blossom Tomato Gratin (1,100 yen), and the monthly lunch is Japanese Black Beef Bolognese Fresh Pasta (1,600 yen). It incorporates spring ingredients while keeping the dishes easy to pair with beer.

Recommended items on the grand menu include Bismarck Pizza, Polenta, Marinated Scallops, Deluxe Salt Yakisoba, and Japanese Black Beef Bolognese Fresh Pasta. The selection ranges from plates that can take center stage at a meal to small dishes suited to beer snacks, making it easy to choose according to the occasion.

On its official website, the restaurant says it has prepared a lineup that can be enjoyed leisurely at a time when people can feel the changing of the seasons. True to a shop that has helped lead Hokkaido's craft beer culture, this month's menu clearly centers on enjoying limited-edition beer and food inside the restaurant. If you want to experience the flavors of spring in Kitami, start with this limited beer and the monthly lunch.
