In its latest post, Progress first announced that it will be open on Sunday, March 22, from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. It also announced a featured plan for the following weekend: "Sakamichi Brewing TAP TAKE OVER" on Saturday, March 28.

On the day, 10 taps of Sakamichi Brewing beer are planned. This is a rare chance to drink a lineup from the brewery that has earned support in Tachikawa, all in one place in Musashi-Kosugi. The post also mentions Sakamichi Brewing, which marked its 6th anniversary in March, making this a chance to taste where the locally rooted brewery stands today.

That day in Musashi-Kosugi also coincides with many events being held around town. Progress is suggesting both ways to enjoy it: "walking around town with a beer in hand" and "settling in at the shop for a tasting session." Its location, just a 6-minute walk from the station, is another strength, making it easy to use as a base for event hopping.

As for the March 22 tap lineup, the post introduces YAMORIDO's "Flying Gecko" (Amber Ale / 5.5%). It is designed with a light citrus character from dry hopping with Motueka, Simcoe, and Mosaic, layered with malt notes reminiscent of caramel and lightly roasted coffee, making it a beer that suits early spring.

The shop is cashless payment only and also supports takeout of draft beer by weight. The outdoor seating area allows pets. The post clearly shows Progress's typical weekend operation, combining the agility of a beer pub with bottle shop functionality.
