At the brewpub "NAMACHA'n Stand Kita-Ikebukuro" in Kita-Ikebukuro, collaboration beers with BrewBeast commemorating the 8th anniversary of NAMACHA'n Brewing are now on tap. The shop has an on-site brewery and is set up so you can easily pair a drink with smoked snacks inside. It's easy to use whether you're there for the beer or for a drink alongside a meal.

The main highlight this time is the Herb & Spice Hazy IPA "Michinoku Silky Monster." At 7.0% ABV, it uses sake lees from Iwate's Sekinoichi Shuzo and fresh rosemary from Zao Herb in Miyagi, bringing Northern Japan ingredients to the forefront. As a Hazy IPA with a pronounced herbal character, it seems like a beer you can enjoy for both its aroma and its smooth mouthfeel.

The other beer is "ESPRESSO STOUT," a coffee beer that apparently became the reason BrewBeast and the brewery first connected. It has returned to tap for the first time in about a year and a half, making it an appealing choice for anyone seeking the lingering depth of dark roast and the roasty aroma derived from coffee.

NAMACHA'n Stand Kita-Ikebukuro's strength is that it lets you enjoy craft beer brewed in Kita-Ikebukuro alongside smoked dishes. These two kegs deserve attention as a lineup that reflects the shop's style, balancing both "freshly made" and "a drink to enjoy with food."
