KOMATSU BREWING in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, is the city’s first craft beer brewery and sales brewery, and it grand opened in November 2025. In a shop space renovated from a traditional machiya townhouse, the brewery offers a wide range of ways to enjoy its drinks, including house-made craft beer, KOMBUCHA, and soft drinks.

This POP UP will be held on Sunday, May 24 as a collaboration with BEAT TACOS. The store will be open from 11:00 to 18:00, and BEAT TACOS is scheduled to be on site from 12:00 to 16:00. At the Komaburu venue, it will be a day where visitors can enjoy beer and tacos together from lunchtime.

The limited menu items being announced are the {Carnitas Tacos}, made with Komaburu craft beer and pork slowly simmered with spices, and the {Mi Chelada}, which combines craft beer with Mexican culture. The post describes the Mi Chelada as a drink layered with tomato umami, acidity, and spicy heat, giving it a composition designed to pair well with tacos.

KOMATSU BREWING is also a brewery that has highlighted experiences that go beyond simply drinking, while valuing local ingredients and culture. This event, too, is positioned as an occasion to enjoy the brewery’s space itself while centering on beer and food. With its location within walking distance of Komatsu Station, it seems like an easy-to-drop-in limited-time event.
