Brewed with the rare French hop "Elixir," it is being introduced as a pilsner with a clean drinking profile, a fruity aftertaste, and a lively aroma.
The draft beers available that day include "Rasberry Pink : Fruit Beer" (Iwate Kura Beer), whose spring-like color is part of its appeal; "Sencha Hazy IPA : Hazy IPA with Green Tea" (Isekadoya Beer), layered with the aroma of sencha green tea; and "Full Throttle : American IPA" (Hop Kotan Brewing), with notes of white grape and tropical fruit.
