At Nomcraft Juso Taproom in Osaka’s Juso district, Los Elegantes Osaka and Nomcraft Brewing have announced their first collaboration beer. The release is a Mexican lager brewed with authentic heirloom blue corn, sourced from dontilla.jp, giving the beer a clear ingredient story from the start.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, from 15:00 to 22:00. To pair with the beer, the team will also serve carne asada tacos made on the same blue corn tortillas used in brewing. The tacos will come with cilantro, pickled red onions, salsa verde, and pico de gallo, with fresh lime on the side. It is a straightforward setup: a new beer, a food pairing built around the same ingredient, and a taproom setting where both can be enjoyed together.

Nomcraft Juso Taproom is a brewpub where guests can drink Nomcraft’s own beers in Juso. This event stands out because it goes beyond simply pouring a new beer; it adds a food menu tied directly to the brewing process. For beer drinkers who care about ingredient-driven releases and taproom pairings, it is an especially appealing visit.
