Highlights of the New Arrivals and Taps

In its April 17 post, Craft Beer Scissors Akihabara released its "26/4/17 Tap List." The first thing that stands out is the four new arrivals from HIMITSU BEER. `Racco IPA`, `Himitsu no・・・`, `Ise-Shima Tacchu`, and `Mangorilla White` are lined up, and the flavor directions are neatly divided, ranging from a session IPA to a dark sour, a salty dark chocolate-style beer, and a mango-forward wheat ale.

The 15-Tap Lineup

The draft selection is centered on Yatsugatake Touchdown. The lineup is heavy on lagers and weizens, including `Pilsner`, `Dunkel`, `Kiyosato Lager`, `Rock Weizen`, `Rock Dry-Hopped Weizen ver.2`, `Weizenbock`, `Yamanashi Peach Weizen`, `Rock Helles`, and `Fresh Yuzu Lager`.

It also includes collaborations such as `Yatsugatake Touchdown x Serverland Akasaka-Mitsuke x Scissors Akihabara / 102×69~Roggen Roll~` and `Yatsugatake Touchdown x Kyoto Brewing / Wampaku Kozou`, so the lineup offers not only staples but also playful options. In addition, `RePubrew / AGE AGE SAME AGE` and `Jungle Juice / Feel Your Monster` are also on the board, clearly reflecting the bar's broad range.

How the Bar Fits

Craft Beer Scissors Akihabara is a beer pub in the Akihabara area that handles 15 draft taps along with a broad selection of bottles and cans. It also supports growler and plastic-cup takeaway, making it easy to use either as a quick stop for one drink after work or for a more casual tasting session.

On this day, the bar was open until 10 p.m. While daytime temperatures were starting to feel like jacket-free weather, the shop's lineup offered something for the season, from lagers to hoppy session IPAs and fruit-forward weizens.
