Craft Beer Scissors Akihabara published its latest tap information in a May 18 post. The highlight this time is the arrival of four beers making their first appearance from OUR BREWING.
NEW BEER
The lineup includes Second, the 2nd anniversary beer; Dino King, a West Coast IPA; Fukufukue-ru, brewed with persimmon and cardamom; and Daybreaker, a Brut IPA collaboration with geckobeer. In the post, Second is introduced as a hazy triple IPA made with double mashing and four dry-hopping rounds, while Dino King is described as a classic IPA with a slightly amber body. Fukufukue-ru is a beer based on an English-style pale ale, and Daybreaker is a beer with a refreshing bitterness, combining Nelson Sauvin and white grape skins.
