What stands out first in the day’s new lineup is Let's Beer Works' "PUPPY LOVE." It is a Sour Ale made with mango and passion fruit, and is said to be characterized by sweet-tart fruitiness and a soft mouthfeel. Also on tap is SHARED BREWERY's "Chillax Wednesday," a Session IPA that puts hop character front and center, and AFURI BREWING's "Afuri no Himitsu," a Yuzu Sansho IPA combining yuzu and sansho.
In addition, Asunaro Brewery's "Chiyo Double IPA" is a DIPA built around Idaho 7, emphasizing tropical notes that rise through the nose and a light sweetness. NOMCRAFT Brewing's "Mystic Tiger" is described as having a refreshing mango-lemonade-like quality and a fruit-salad-like flavor thanks to multiple hops. The post also listed THREE ARROWS BREWING's "Sunset Kamoshika" and BrewBeast Brewery's "BEASTIE" and "ECLIPSE" on the tap list.
Service begins at 5 p.m. From fruit-forward sours to easy-drinking Session IPAs, and on to DIPAs with solid bitterness and body, it offers a wide range of styles all at once.
