New Tap

At the beer pub HOP MAN in Jokkenzaka, Chigasaki City, Noboribetsu craft beer Oni Densetsu's "Kinki Pale Ale Nectaron Single Ver." has been newly tapped.

This release clocks in at 5.5% ABV and 35 IBU. The post describes it as having impressions similar to Mosaic and Galaxy, plus grassy nuances, sweet tropical aromas, and fruitiness reminiscent of apricot and peach. Compared with the previous version, the bitterness is more restrained, making for a drinkable finish intended with easy drinking in mind.

Because this is a pale ale that clearly showcases the character of Nectaron hops, it should suit not only people who want to slowly savor the hop aroma, but also days when you want aroma without bitterness that is too strong.

HOP MAN is a beer pub in Chigasaki, Kanagawa, well suited to enjoying rotating draft beers. When hop-forward beers like this one come in, the look and feel of the taps becomes even more vivid. As a place worth stopping by for a new keg, this latest tapping is not one to miss.
