Okhotsk Beer Factory in Kitami, Hokkaido announced a "31st Anniversary Special Beer" and a "31st Anniversary Special Plate" as part of its March 2026 menu update. According to the official news, the commemorative beer is available in limited quantities for in-house service only, priced at 600 yen for a glass, 880 yen for a mug, and 2,600 yen for a pitcher (tax included). It will end once sold out, and in addition to in-house service, bottled beer sales will also be offered.

The commemorative plate will begin serving on March 3. It is priced at 4,500 yen with all-you-can-drink included, or 2,500 yen a la carte (tax included), and the contents may change depending on procurement conditions. In addition to the anniversary offerings, March food updates also include the service lunch "Tomato Gratin with Young Chicken and Rapeseed Blossoms" (1,100 yen), the monthly lunch "Hokkaido Snow Crab Chirashi Sushi" (1,600 yen), and grand menu recommendations such as "Deluxe Shio Yakisoba" (2,200 yen) and "Miso-Marinated Cream Cheese" (700 yen).

The brewery is known as a Kitami-born business that obtained Japan's first craft beer brewing license in 1994 and opened its current beer factory in 1995. Based on German brewing philosophy, it has offered four regular varieties, all brewed as all-malt beers: ale, pilsner, weizen, and mild stout. This 31st anniversary project can be seen as a "milestone limited brew" that follows on from that history, and it seems like a beer both local customers and travelers will want to check out.

Hours: 11:30 to 22:00 (last order 21:30). Closed every Monday. It is best to check the latest menu and stock status before visiting.
