The Beer Shop Hirakata city in Hirakata taps Yosano no Aooni
On July 5, The Beer Shop Hirakata city, directly connected to Hirakata City Station, tapped Asobi Brewery's Yosano no Aooni. The spin-off of Yo-Ho Brewing's India no Aooni appeared alongside Kurolabel, two Craft Beer Base beers, and Hirakata Beer’s Session Citra White.

Hop BroThat’s the fun part. The base recipe stays, but the hops are swapped for locally grown Yosano hops. That changes the aroma profile, so the character really becomes a different demon.

Hop BroExactly. Hops shape bitterness, citrus notes, and those grassy edges too. And this beer is draft only, so you can’t get it in cans or bottles.
