Beer & Lamb, a craft-beer and jingisukan pub in Osaka’s Umeda area, serves its own unfiltered, unpasteurized house beer on eight taps. The restaurant is built around lamb dishes and beer, with a calm room that includes both counter and table seating.

The latest announcement is that Osaka Beer is now being poured at the 15F bar lounge `THE BAR` inside The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Osaka Midosuji. The hotel has selected four beers, each paired with a recommended food item.

The lineup includes:
- `K.I.X`: a crisp Belgian-style beer with refreshing acidity and a rounded, layered finish.
- `知らんけど。`: a juicy IPA with a hop-forward, bright, easygoing profile.
- `ちょっとにがいやつ`: an IPA with smooth bitterness and a lingering hop aroma.
- `ORIGINAL`: an unfiltered pilsner with live yeast and a mellow, classic drinking profile.

Pairings include a seasonal parfait, matcha crème brûlée, lamb wrapped in brick pastry with harissa sauce, and a pizza topped with lamb, shungiku, and pecorino. The hotel’s French restaurant `La Belle Assiette` also offers a beer-party plan built around Osaka Beer, extending the pairing concept beyond the lounge.

For Beer & Lamb, the news shows how its lamb-and-beer identity travels naturally from North Osaka to a luxury hotel setting, where house-brewed beer becomes part of a more formal dining experience.
