CRAFT BEER BAR IBREW Shinbashi Ekimae posted a tap update on August 28. Two new beers arrived from Gangi Brewing and NOMCRAFT BREWING, while two JOKUN BREWING LAB beers had already been opened the previous evening. The lineup works well for a quick stop, with counter and standing service available.
Four beers on tap in Shinbashi
CRAFT BEER BAR IBREW Shinbashi Ekimae announced a guest-beer update in its Instagram post on August 28. The shop described the day as hot and muggy, and also noted that guests can drop in easily after work thanks to counter seating and standing service.
New taps for the day
- Gangi Brewing / CRACKIN'
Casklish IPA w/Orange Peel, Niigata, 4.5%
- NOMCRAFT BREWING / Green Magic
Hazy IPA, Wakayama, 4.5%
CRACKIN' is an orange-peel Casklish IPA, so the aroma and brightness should come through clearly. Green Magic offers a hazy, softer direction at the same ABV, making the pair easy to compare side by side.
Beers opened the evening before
- JOKUN BREWING LAB / BLK☆Star
Stout, Niigata, 5.0%
- JOKUN BREWING LAB / ジョークンIPA
Hazy IPA, Niigata, 7.0%
These two were opened the previous evening, and the post notes that they were treated as special beers. BLK☆Star gives the stout side of the lineup, while JOKUN IPA brings a stronger, fuller hazy option at 7.0% ABV. The shop also said the beers had already been pouring well, so an earlier visit makes sense.
Located in Shinbashi Ekimae Building No. 1, the bar is a practical stop for anyone who wants a short tasting session or a quick pint after work. This tap set moves from a citrusy IPA to a hazy IPA, then into stout and a stronger hazy beer, so it covers a wide range in one visit.
