Japan Craft Beer&Wine GRILLMAN in Nagoya's Nishiki district has shared its guest beer lineup for April 9. In the post, the venue announced its opening time as 3:00 p.m., while introducing the two kegs slated to be tapped today.

This time, the beers on offer are Y.MARKET BREWING's "Decorian" and Shima Brewery's "Shiranuhi Ale". Both are fruit beers made with Shiranui (Dekopon), and the bar is inviting guests to "compare them side by side." The key point here is being able to see how each brewery turns the same citrus ingredient into beer, with a focus on its bright citrus character.

On the food side, a new menu item has also been posted: domestic horse meat carpaccio, yukhoe style. It is available in limited quantities and will end once sold out. Its rich flavor should pair nicely with the light acidity and aroma of the fruit beers.

Japan Craft Beer&Wine GRILLMAN is a beer pub where guests can enjoy a wide range of craft beer and wine. Located in Nagoya's Nishiki area, it is also easy to stop by after work. The post also mentioned rainy weather and reminded people not to forget their umbrellas. Even on a bad-weather day, it sounds like a place worth visiting for the guest beers alone.
