Canal brewing in Oimachi posts a nine-beer tap list after FUJI ROCK
Canal brewing, a brewery in Tokyo's Oimachi area, posted its latest tap list alongside a recap of its FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2026 service. The lineup spans nine beers, from IPA and hazy IPA to porter, coffee stout, and hard seltzer.
Canal brewing, located at 1-26-4 Oi, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, is Oimachi's first brewery and craft beer specialty shop. On its official site, the venue describes itself as a standing-room beer spot with up to 10 taps.
In the Instagram post, Canal brewing looked back on serving beer at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL 2026, held from July 24 to July 26, and shared its current "Today's Tap List." The nine beers listed were:
- C / Canal brewing
- shoreline / open air
- 4 O'Clock Let's Call it a Day / DD4D BREWING
- ゆずピルス / 静岡醸造
- EIGHTY EIGHT / 奈良醸造
- Nektar - Berry & Pear- / FLORA FERMENTATION
- Porter -Nitro Ver.- / Nomcraft Brewing
- COFFEE STOUT / CRAFT BANK × 私立珈琲小学校
- LIME CRIME / CRAFT BANK
The styles cover a wide range: IPA, hazy IPA, Brut IPA, German pilsner with yuzu zest, saison with green tea, fruit sour ale, nitro porter, coffee stout, and hard seltzer with lime. That mix makes the board feel deliberately varied, with crisp, tart, roasty, and citrus-driven options all available in one place.
The post also mentioned upcoming plans, including a Canal brewing tap takeover on August 8, Shanti Curry on August 25, a Cycad Brewing tap takeover on September 19, and a MAHOWBREW tap takeover on November 28. For beer drinkers in Tokyo, it is a useful snapshot of what is pouring now and what is coming next.
