On June 21, Iida Saketen in Kashiwacho, Shiki, Saitama will host HAZY LABO, the brewery based in Shin-Sayama, Sayama City, for a three-tap event. The occasion is the 15th edition of "e-nomi Fes," running from 11:00 to 19:00, and the pour will end once the kegs are gone.

The lineup consists of `Citra`, `HBC1019`, and `Lazy Mist`. All three beers highlight hop character and maturation in different ways, offering a clear picture of HAZY LABO's experimental approach.

- `Citra` is a single-hop Hazy IPA at 6.5%. The current expression leans toward mango and banana, showing a side that is not simply citrus-driven despite the hop name.
- `HBC1019` is also a single-hop Hazy IPA at 6.5%. It was matured at room temperature for about a year, and the flavor profile is described as layered with lychee, melon, and coconut-like notes.
- `Lazy Mist` comes in at 9% ABV. It started life as a hazy IPA but has spent 15 months aging and now shows a much clearer appearance. Rather than strong alcohol heat, it is said to bring out guava and coconut nuances.

With only a small amount of each beer on tap, `Lazy Mist` in particular is the final keg. For beer drinkers, this is a good chance to try HAZY LABO's beers in the relaxed setting of a bottle shop event and compare how hop selection and aging shape the final glass.
