Golden Rabbit Beer, which operates a taproom and brewery in the Naramachi area of Nara City, introduced a new beer called Lemon Biyori. The fruit ale is brewed with Nara Prefecture lemon peel and honey, and the brewery says it is one of the rare low-alcohol beers in its lineup. The post highlights a light, easy-drinking profile, with a honey aroma that rises as soon as the glass is lifted and a gentle bitterness that follows.

This release is taproom-only and limited to one barrel, so it is clearly positioned as a small-batch seasonal beer rather than a wider retail launch. Golden Rabbit Beer has long centered its brewing on local Nara ingredients, and its taproom is known as a place where beer and records share the same space.

The weekend tap list in the post also included house and seasonal beers such as Soramitsu, Aoniyoshi, Chihayafuru, Hassaku Saison, and several other labels. Within that lineup, Lemon Biyori stands out as the citrus-forward option, shaped by the brightness of lemon and the softer sweetness of honey.
