Craft Beer Kitchen Kokoronotsuki, a beer pub in Miyakawacho, Yokohama, posted its August 19 tap list along with a note that the bar opens at 3 p.m. The shop pairs craft beer with Chinese-style dishes, making it an easy place to focus on both the glass and the table.

The newest tap is Inversion from Hoppukotan Brewing. The post describes it as a Kölsch-inspired beer, brewed with Cascade from Kamifurano and German Sapphire hops, bringing malt depth together with lemon, floral, apple, and pear-like aromas.

The full tap list is:

- Garden Path Fermentation / The Twisted Branch Out
- Nara Brewing / Double Swisher
- Hoppukotan Brewing / Pollux
- Hoppukotan Brewing / Red...?
- Garden Path Fermentation / Ron's not Bitter
- Hoppukotan Brewing / Inversion

The food menu also leans into Chinese comfort dishes, including steamed chicken with green sansho sauce, eggplant with ginger soy sauce, mapo tofu, Shanghai-style fried noodles, shrimp mayo, and yodare wonton. It is the kind of lineup that naturally supports a slow round of tasting.

The post also notes a three-day closure from August 24 to 26. For beer drinkers in the Noge and Hinodecho area, it is a useful snapshot of what is pouring right now.
