Event Overview

At Vector Beer Omori Store, its first major event will be a double tap takeover by REVO BREWING and Kita Alps Brewery on May 9, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.. The post says the two breweries will work together to prepare four beers each, eight in total. The beer lineup for the day is still being finalized, and more details will be announced later.

The highlight of the event is not just the increased number of taps. Master brewer Punch-san from Kita Alps Brewery is expected to visit, and both breweries will also bring along some special prizes. A rock-paper-scissors contest is planned for around 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., making it an activity guests can join while enjoying beer.

Vector Beer Omori Store is a beer pub just a three-minute walk from Omori Station. It normally offers 8 to 10 draft beers at all times, focusing on domestic craft beer, and is also a permanent draft Pilsner Urquell venue. With 6 counter seats, 12 table seats, and a semi-private table for 14, it is easy to use for solo drinking or groups alike. Even for this event, the venue’s relaxed beer-pub style, including cash-on ordering and the possibility of standing service, seems likely to come through.

On the food side, the signature dish is rotisserie chicken made from clear-stream chicken from Iwate Prefecture, marinated with 20 kinds of spices and roasted to finish. Since guests can enjoy food alongside beer tastings, it is a strong match for a tap takeover. Although all-you-can-drink courses will not be accepted on the day, regular service does include drink-all-you-can plans, so this looks like a day that will showcase both its everyday face as a neighborhood spot and its event side as a venue.
