A Brew That Shows Off Ebetsu Brewery Character

North Island Beer is a Hokkaido craft brewery with its factory in Ebetsu. According to its official website, the brand was started by a brewer who trained in Canada, and in addition to its five standard beers, it also offers seasonal and limited-batch brews.

"Coriander White" is a seasonal beer based on Belgian wit. According to the official information, it uses coriander seed but does not add orange peel, resulting in a finish where the refreshing citrus note and spice aroma derived from coriander come through clearly. It is characterized by the rich aroma of yeast and a crisp, clean drinking feel.

A Taste of Hokkaido to Drink at the Food Fair

The "Great Hokkaido Expo" venue is lined with Hokkaido specialties such as sweets, seafood, bento, and ramen. Among them, North Island Beer is presenting a beer that fits a food-focused event, balancing Hokkaido-like ingredient character with aroma.
