OGA BREWING announces sakura-label pale ale timed to the cherry blossoms at Inokashira Park
OGA BREWING COMPANY in Mitaka, Tokyo, announced a pale ale with a sakura label timed to the blooming of the cherry blossoms at Inokashira Park. In the taproom, guests can enjoy beer while looking at the brewing tanks, and release events for graduation beers will also be held on March 26 and 29.
A limited announcement timed to the feel of spring
OGA BREWING COMPANY announced a seasonal pale ale with a sakura label to coincide with the moment when the cherry blossoms at Inokashira Park began to bloom little by little. True to a brewery that brews in the city of Mitaka, it is being presented as an easy-to-grab beer for before or after a walk or a cherry-blossom viewing outing.
Brewed in Mitaka, enjoyed in Mitaka
OGA BREWING is a brewery with a brewery attached in Shimorenjaku, Mitaka City, Tokyo, and from the taproom you can enjoy beer while looking at the brewing tanks. Its regular lineup includes Mitaka Pale Ale, Mitaka Wheat Ale, and Kichijoji IPA, and it also puts effort into recipes that reflect the character of the area, such as the Chuo Line-themed series and the M.C. series that uses agricultural products grown in Mitaka.
Events to celebrate the spring milestone
In this post, the brewery also announced a release event for graduation beer brewed by Anzu, Aria, and Liam, who will be graduating from OGA this spring. The event will be held over two days, on March 26 and 29. It is very much an OGA-style presentation that a seasonal sakura label and beers celebrating staff departures overlap in the same spring.
The shop is a 10-minute walk from the south exit of JR Mitaka Station. It is open from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays, and from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Takeout is also available, so after enjoying a beer inside, you can take some home and compare them later.
