At the beer pub HOP MAN, located on the second floor in the north exit area of Chigasaki Station, three new kegs have been connected. True to its style as a place where you can settle in and enjoy craft beer, this time the lineup features beers with clearly defined hop character, making it easy to drink through them while comparing their different flavors.

Tap Lineup

- Noboribetsu Jibeer Oni Densetsu, "Kinki Pale Ale Mosaic Single Ver."
ABV 5.5%, IBU 40. Citrus aroma layered with fruitiness and tropical notes, with a solid bitterness. This is a beer that makes the individuality of hops easy to appreciate.
- GORA BREWERY, "Doodle"
Hazy Pale Ale, ABV 5.5%. Built with Citra, Idaho #7, Galaxy, and Hyperboost Citra, it brings citrus and tropical fruit aromas to the forefront. Its smooth mouthfeel from oats is also a highlight.
- Passific Brewing, "Fond of Bone"
A beer brewed to celebrate the 8th anniversary of Chigasaki's casual food stall, Kanariya. This IPA pairs citrusy hop aroma and firm bitterness with a slightly fuller body, making it a style that goes well with food.

HOP MAN is a beer pub where, in addition to the fun of comparing beers on their own, you will also find yourself wanting to keep ordering as you pair them with food. These three beers each clearly lean in a different direction: lively aroma, soft mouthfeel, and balance as a drink with meals, making them easy to choose based on your mood that day. If you're looking for a new tap in Chigasaki, this is one to check out.
