Chiitoko Shoten, the "Dagashi to Beer to Coffee Shop" in Shimosuwa, will be open as usual on Monday, 3/23, from 10:00 to 22:00. Even on the Monday after a three-day weekend, it will welcome guests with its familiar style centered on craft beer and coffee.

New Tap

The new tap for the day is FARMENTRY's No.2 KISARAGI IPA. In the post, it is introduced as part of an IPA series brewed with a different theme each month, and it is described as having a dry finish, firm bitterness, and a hop character with citrus notes.

Draft Lineup (Today's Beer)

- Classic (Baeren Brewery)
- PINT ~City Ale~ (Field Ales)
- No.2 KISARAGI IPA (FARMENTRY)
- Imperial Red Ale (Ise Kadoya Beer)

The highlight this time is the chance to compare four different beers in a single day, from light ales to bitterness-forward IPAs and malt-driven red ales. True to the shop's name, its relaxed atmosphere, where you can enjoy dagashi, baked sweets, and coffee alongside your drink, is also part of what makes it distinctive. The post also says takeout is welcome, so it looks like it will be an easy place to stop by in everyday life, not just for an in-house drink.
