The Irish pub Tullamore, located on the first floor of the Yoyogi Park Building in Tomigaya, Shibuya, Tokyo, will be open on Sunday, May 24 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. In a post, the pub announced that it would begin pouring its 21st anniversary beer, "More Bitter," in a nitro version, after receiving inquiries about it over the past few days.

The draft lineup for the day starts with three regulars: Guinness, Shiga Kogen Beer IPA, and Yebisu. Added to that as today's English-style ale on nitro is Tullamore's 21st anniversary beer, "More Bitter" by Riot Beer. It is described as offering the toasty, roasted character typical of an English bitter, soft yeast-derived fruitiness, and a dry finish, with the nitro pour adding an especially smooth mouthfeel.

Also appearing as today's guest beer is Shiga Kogen Beer KASUMI. Despite its hazy appearance, it is a session IPA with a restrained ABV, and is said to feature grapefruit-like juiciness, a gentle tropical aroma, moderate bitterness, and a dry finish. With the three regular pours joined by an English bitter and a hazy IPA, the tap list offers a wide range of flavors.

For food, in addition to holiday roast beef, there will also be roasted vegetables dressed in lemon oil. Guests can enjoy a proper meal between beers, and takeaway is also available. In the relaxed atmosphere of an Irish pub, it looks set to be a day to compare regular offerings, limited beers, and even the texture of nitro pours.
