Beer stand Amber Rondo announced “NOMI NO ICHI,” to be held on April 12. The venue is the same shop (1F, La Ryuche Sendai, 2-13-11 Honcho, Aoba-ku, Sendai), and the event will take place at its relocated Honcho location.

Event Details

“NOMI NO ICHI” is a flea market of beer-related goods to enjoy with a beer in hand. The lineup includes items around beer culture such as glasses, bottle openers, coasters, apparel like T-shirts, and even neon pieces. The post also notes that the event will be held during the season when cherry blossoms are in bloom at nearby Nishikicho Park.

Beer Available on the Day

This time’s guest is FALO Brewing (@falobrewing) from Yamamoto Town, Miyagi Prefecture. On the day, FALO is expected to bring five draft beers and several kinds in cans. In addition, Amber Rondo’s regular lineup will include five draft beers and about 80 bottled and canned beers. Various snacks to pair with the beers are also expected to be available.

How the Space Will Be Used and the Atmosphere

According to the post, the shop will have relatively few chairs and will be mostly standing-room only. The format is expected to encourage visitors to move around, drink, browse the goods, and chat with vendors and fellow beer fans. It looks set to be a social, exchange-focused day that makes good use of the close, beer-pub-like atmosphere.

Call for Sellers and Exhibitors

The event is also seeking submissions from beer fans. The deadline to bring in items for submission is April 8. In addition, exhibitor spots are limited to four booths (W50cm x D60cm), and those interested are invited to apply in person at the shop, by SNS DM, or by phone (070-9449-1690).
