KAMIKATZ Beer (RISE & WIN Brewing Co.) in Kamikatsu Town, Katsuura District, Tokushima Prefecture, revealed the production site for its collaboration beer in an Instagram post. The setting is the same location where the brewery and brewpub are integrated. Posts that show the process midway through brewing are must-see content for craft beer fans who want to sense the maker's intentions.

This time's star is “BEER GOOD FLOWERS” created in collaboration with ALL GOOD FLOWERS. The post introduces the process of steeping vivid rose petals into wort, lending the beer a gentle aroma. Rather than relying on strong artificial effects from flavorings or the like, the approach is to make the most of the flowers themselves, so the aroma design feels delicate and natural. From the comments, you can also read that it is positioned as a beer to enjoy in step with the arrival of spring.

The adjunct ingredient uses out-of-spec pesticide-free edible roses, “Damask Rose,” grown in Shiga Prefecture. It is a very KAMIKATZ-style approach, bringing the ingredients' background into the beer itself. Being able to drink a beer with this kind of story at a brewpub imbued with the atmosphere of Kamikatsu Town is one of the venue's strengths. No release date is specified, but once it appears on tap, it is likely to attract attention as a “spring glass” centered on brightness and softness.
