A sudachi lager from Tokushima

KAMIKATZ's "Yattosa Beer" is a Tokushima-only sudachi lager released in April 2026. It is built on a light rice-based lager recipe, then layered with the citrus aroma of sudachi peel. The beer comes in at 5.0% ABV and 21 IBU, with a crisp finish, gentle bitterness, and a clean, easy-drinking profile.

Sold at KOPOLI

The Instagram post says the beer is being sold at Culture & Spice KOPOLI in Ryogoku Honmachi, Tokushima City. KOPOLI opened on January 4, 2025 and blends serious spice curry with culture, music, and art. By night, it also offers drinks, spice side dishes, and limited-time beverages.

In step with Awa Odori season

With Awa Odori 2026 taking place on August 13 and 14, this is a fitting local beer to reach for during the festival window. Its sudachi-driven freshness and regional character make it a straightforward match for a food-first stop in downtown Tokushima.
