Yokohama beer pub Sakura Taps updated its business notice for Friday, May 29, and Kyoto Brewing's fruit sour "Fruit Life" and Faló Brewing's IPA "STEREO" were newly tapped. It opens at 15:00 and closes at 23:30, with an eight-tap daily-changing lineup to enjoy.
Two new beers tapped at Sakura Taps on May 29
The tap list at Sakura Taps, the beer pub on the second floor of Nora Neko Dori in Yokohama's Yoshida-machi, was updated for Friday, May 29. Hours are 15:00 open, 23:30 close. On this day, two beers well suited to the hot season have been added.
Fruit Life / Kyoto Brewing
"Fruit Life" is a fruit sour ale made with plenty of tropical fruits such as passion fruit, mango, guava, and banana. It has a bright, approachable drinking character that blurs the line between beer and juice, making it an easy choice for your first drink.
STEREO / Faló Brewing
The other is Faló Brewing's IPA "STEREO." This series focuses on a single hop variety and layers differences in harvest year, harvest origin, and format to express a "single-hop ensemble." For those who want to carefully track hop character, it's a beer that can serve as the axis for a side-by-side tasting.
Sakura Taps is a beer pub that offers eight craft beers on tap each day, and the interior has a calm atmosphere. In addition to beer, hand-drip coffee is also available, making it easy to relax and spend time with a meal. This pair offers a contrast between one beer that's light and easygoing with tropical acidity, and another that lets you slowly savor the many expressions of hops. As temperatures rise, it's a lineup you'll want to choose from according to your mood.
