Bar Fiddich, a beer pub in Minami-Ichicho, Nara, has tapped two guest beers. The lineup features DOUBLE SWISHER, a collaboration between Nara Brewing and the Nara specialty coffee roaster ANY B&B + COFFEE, alongside Meyer Lemon Radler from Isekadoya Beer. Each beer is available in a limited 10-liter keg, tailored for the hot season.

DOUBLE SWISHER is built around the light, refreshing character of espresso tonic. Ugandan natural-process beans are split into two roast levels, light and dark, then blended with a yeast that adds orange-like nuance. The result is a vivid fruity impression without using any fruit. It comes in at 4.5% ABV and drinks with tonic-like ease.

Meyer Lemon Radler takes a different route: sweet, rounded citrus aroma from Meyer lemon, followed by the herbal lift of German Tettnanger hops. The finish is crisp, with gentle bitterness and a clean, easygoing aftertaste. At Bar Fiddich, tucked on the second floor near Naramachi, drinkers can compare a coffee-driven summer beer with a lemon-forward radler in one stop.
