TIELS Brewing updates July menu and joins Mishima event on July 5
TIELS Brewing in Mishima, Shizuoka, has updated its July schedule and recommended menu on Instagram. Starting July 3, the taproom will serve new dishes centered on roast beef, and on July 5 it will take part in an event at Mishima Rakujuen.
TIELS Brewing is a small brewery in Izumicho, Mishima, with a taproom attached to the brewhouse, TIELS TEA & TAPS. The brewery works with a 250-liter brewhouse and makes beers that use fruits and agricultural products from the Izu area. Its taproom also offers food designed to pair with beer, along with tea and non-alcoholic drinks.
The July opening hours are as follows:
- Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: closed
The brewery noted that it will operate six days a week in July, with Tuesday as the only regular day off, and that Wednesday service resumes for the month.
The recommended menu starts on July 3. The lineup includes:
- Paripi Pepper, a snack of crispy green pepper with peanut miso
- Roast beef dip sandwich
- Roast beef and malt-raised egg rice bowl
- Roast beef salad
The roast beef dishes give guests several ways to pair the menu with beer, from a sandwich to a rice bowl and salad.
TIELS Brewing will also participate in the Meat and Muscle Festival at Mishima Rakujuen on July 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. For beer fans planning a visit to Mishima in early July, the brewery's schedule update and event appearance are both worth noting.
