Beers Arriving
- Double Kimchi / West Coast Brewing
The first collaboration with Korea's White Crow Brewing. It uses first wort hopping, delivering firm bitterness with a rounded, smooth edge. Citrus and dank aromas come forward strongly in this beer.
- Miracle Ride / West Coast Brewing
The fourth collaboration with JRA Baji Koen. This Hazy Double IPA commemorates the horse show, with a thick body created through a double mash process as its key feature. Nelson, Citra, and Hyperboost bring layers of peach, nectarine, and grapefruit.
- Summer Breeze / West Coast Brewing
The eighth release in a popular collaboration with THE FARM. Citrusy notes from Citra and Motueka are joined by the tropical character of Mosaic and El Dorado, resulting in an easy-drinking beer with restrained bitterness.
- Passion Wizard / West Coast Brewing
An American Wheat Ale revived for the first time in four years. It uses about 190 kg of passion fruit, with Kohia Nelson and Citra adding freshness. Light and breezy, it lets the fruit character shine naturally.
- Vespa / VERTERE
A sour ale collaboration with Magpie Brewing from Jeju Island. Mango and pineapple fruitiness is joined by chili heat, while the lactic-acid-derived gentle tartness leaves a strong impression.
- Casimiroa / VERTERE
Built around hop aromas reminiscent of peach and white grapes. Bitterness is mild, while a mellow mouthfeel and juiciness take the lead.
- CAMPai / Repubrew
A collaboration with the hugely popular YouTuber Izu no Nushitsuri. It brings together the woodiness and coconut notes of HBC472, tropical aromas, and the smoothness contributed by oats.
- Super CAMPai HAZY / Repubrew
A Hazy IPA that emphasizes drinkability at 5% ABV. It features fruitiness from orange, mango, and papaya, along with the gentle sweetness of oats.
At a shop like Mercato Mabuchi, where you can track a wide range of styles all at once, it is easy to compare the way bitterness is designed in IPAs, how acidity is expressed in sours, and how wheat beers differ in lightness. From one beer that pushes citrus-forward intensity to another that drinks on fruit character, the lineup makes it easy to choose according to your mood.
