CraftBeerSpot Hathor in Osaka’s Kyobashi area shared its draft lineup on Instagram and introduced one new keg: Miyazaki Hideji Beer’s Kurikuro. It is a dark beer with roasted depth and a chestnut-like nuance, making it a natural beer to save for later in the session.

The day’s board features 12 beers: `Shukusen / Asahi Beer`, `Shimanami Chou Lemon Sour / Shimanami Brewery`, `Meyer Lemon Radler / Ise Kadoya Beer`, `Lime Session / Shonan Beer`, `Plum Gose / Minoh Beer`, `Kinki Pale Ale Real Ale ver / Onidensetsu Beer`, `Wine Knot? / Nomcraft × Choryo`, `Kyogon / Daisen G Beer`, `Vitt Nat IPA / Minoh Beer × Brewski`, `This Is The Way / Long Beach Beer Lab`, and `Primal Elements Blueberry & Marionberry / Firestone Walker`. The range runs from citrus and sour styles to IPA, real ale, and darker beers.

Hathor is known for its 16 taps and house-smoked food. It opens at 5 p.m. on weekdays and 3 p.m. on weekends and holidays, so it works both as an after-work stop and as a place to settle in for a longer beer-and-food session. When the tap list changes like this, the appeal is in comparing styles one by one.
