Beer&Cafe Hafen, a beer pub in Esaka, Suita, Osaka, has announced two newly tapped beers: MISORA from Kyoto’s NUDE BEER and Harvest Brew 2026 -Rauch- from Hokkaido’s Hop Kotan Brewing.

MISORA is a Helles brewed with Kyobancha tea. Its gentle malt sweetness is joined by the wild, distinctive aroma of roasted tea. The post describes a nostalgic smoky scent reminiscent of burning fallen leaves when the beer is poured. Although it offers a savory, full-bodied impression from the combination of malt sweetness and smoke, its bitterness remains restrained, leading to a clean and refreshing finish.

Harvest Brew 2026 -Rauch- combines Hop Kotan Brewing’s fresh-hop Harvest Brew concept with Rauchbier, the classic smoked-beer style. The brewery uses fresh hops available only during the limited harvest season, and this release is presented as a Rauchbier made with 100% fresh hops. Alongside the smoke character, drinkers can expect the vivid freshness associated with recently harvested hops.

The current tap list also includes T.Y.HARBOR’s KURO Ichigo from Tokyo, while Yokohama Bay Brewing’s Zaerts 419 is listed as a forthcoming beer. With tea, smoke, fresh hops, and fruit represented across the selection, Beer&Cafe Hafen offers a varied lineup for tasting in Esaka. The pub has also announced that it will be closed on October 20; visitors should check its social media for the latest updates.
